What’s included

Your scene.
Prepared for real time.

The $4,900 starting price covers up to 150 m² of unique area from your supplied project: scene and material setup, Unreal Engine optimization and a streaming link or ready build.

Above 150 m², base preparation is $20 per additional unique m². New modelling, design and changes to the supplied project are separate. The first hosting month includes two concurrent viewers.

What shapes
the price.

What affects the price?

The area, what already exists and what we have to build, and the interactive features you choose. A ready 3D scene costs less than a turnkey build from plans.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Send us what you have and we return an estimate. If you prefer, we can start with a paid blockout.

How do payments work?

Payments are staged: at the contract, after you walk through and approve the blockout, and at final approval before launch. Every project is individual — we’re flexible and happy to agree terms that suit you.

Is there a discount for the first project?

Yes. Our first five launch partners get 30% off their first project, in exchange for a case study. Hosting and later work are billed at regular rates.

Is white-label included?

No — it is an option. White-label puts your brand on every screen instead of ours; we price it together with your project.

Are changes and updates included?

Changes after approval and later updates are quoted separately and agreed per project.

What does hosting cost after launch?

The first month is included, with two buyers able to explore at the same time. After that, hosting is from $149 per month, plus $69 per month for each additional concurrent viewer. We can also deliver a build for your own servers.
